Unlawful practice

It is unlawful for any person to practice or attempt to practice electrology in this state, unless such person has been issued a valid and current license to practice electrology. This section does not apply to a student who is practicing electrolysis as part of an approved electrolysis education program. Acts 1988, ch. 896, § 22; 1993, ch. 342, § 1; T.C.A., § 62-34-222.
