Use of non-licensed persons

A licensed orthotist or prosthetist may utilize one (1) or more non-licensed persons to assist in: (1) The performance of minor repairs on devices which have been previously dispensed to patients; and (2) The performance of other tasks approved by the board of podiatric medical examiners.
