Renewal of certificate

A certificate to practice acupuncture must be renewed every two (2) years. To renew a certificate, a person must submit proof of current active NCCAOM certification in acupuncture or document compliance with § 63-6-1005 . To renew an ADS certificate, a person must submit proof of current active practice in auricular detoxification treatment, as determined by the committee. Acts 2000, ch. 685, § 8.
