Meetings - Quorum

(a) Six (6) members of the board shall constitute a quorum for a meeting. (b) No action of the board shall be valid unless authorized by the affirmative vote of a majority of members present. (c) The board shall hold at least one (1) regular meeting each year and such other meetings as the board may determine.
