Filing fees

The secretary of state shall charge and collect for the filing of: (1) Articles of incorporation, twenty-five dollars ($25.00); (2) Articles of amendment, fifteen dollars ($15.00); (3) Articles of consolidation or merger, fifteen dollars ($15.00); (4) Articles of conversion, fifteen dollars ($15.00); (5) Certificate of election to dissolve, fifteen dollars ($15.00); (6) Articles of dissolution, fifteen dollars ($15.00); and (7) Certificate of change of principal office, five dollars ($5.00).
