Confidentiality agreement

A person to be examined under § 66-29-157 may require, as a condition of disclosing the person's records, that the treasurer or the treasurer's agent who has access to the records disclosed in the examination execute and deliver to the person to be examined a confidentiality agreement that: (1) Is in a form that is reasonably satisfactory to the treasurer; and (2) Requires the person to comply with the provisions of this part applicable to the person. Added by 2017 Tenn. Acts, ch. 457,s 1, eff. 7/1/2017.
