Authority of municipality to create infrastructure development districts

The governing body of a host municipality of the state may create, by resolution, one (1) or more infrastructure development districts located in whole or part within the boundaries of such municipality in the manner provided in this part. An infrastructure development district must be approved by the governing body of each host municipality. Added by 2024 Tenn. Acts, ch. 860,s 1, eff. 5/1/2024.
