Terms of members

The terms of the members of the board shall be three (3) years; provided, that the initial appointments shall be as follows: (1) One (1) member selected by the county legislative body for one (1) year; (2) One (1) member selected by the county legislative body for two (2) years; and (3) One (1) member selected by the county legislative body for three (3) years.
