Short title

Sections 12-3-1101 - 12-3-1108 shall be known and may be cited as the "Tennessee Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Business Owned by Persons with Disabilities, and Small Business Procurement and Contracting Act." Amended by 2017 Tenn. Acts, ch. 485, s 4, eff. 6/6/2017. Amended by 2013 Tenn. Acts, ch. 403, s 64, eff. 7/1/2013. Repealed by 2013 Tenn. Acts, ch. 272, s 1, eff. 4/25/2013. 2013 Tenn.
