Report of suspected violation of court order to law enforcement by case manager

A department of children's services case manager shall report a suspected violation of a court order to law enforcement if: (1) The department currently has an open case on the family that is subject to the court order; (2) The court order is an order issued pursuant to title 36, chapter 3, part 6, and concerns at least one (1) individual who is a subject of the department's open case; (3) The department case manager has knowledge of the court order; and (4) The department case manager observes the person against whom the court order has been entered acting in violation of the court order. Added by 2022 Tenn. Acts, ch. 1095,s 1, eff. 5/27/2022.
