Rules and regulations

The department of safety is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations pursuant to the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, to implement §§ 39-17-1351 - 39-17-1360 or § 39-17-1366 . Amended by 2019 Tenn. Acts, ch. 479, s 21, eff. 1/1/2020. Acts 1996, ch. 905, § 12.
