Qualifications of reporters - Seminars

(a) The qualifications of court reporters shall be determined in accordance with standards formulated by the administrative director. (b) The administrative director is authorized to conduct training or educational seminars for persons designated as court reporters pursuant to § 40-14-302 and to require their attendance at training or educational seminars.
