Dismissal of claim or portion of claim

(a) The court may enter an order dismissing the entire claim or a portion of the claim. If a portion of the claim is dismissed, the court shall designate the issues and defendants on which the claim may proceed, subject to the provisions of §§ 41-21-807 and 41-21-808 . (b) An order under this section is not subject to an interlocutory appeal by the inmate. Acts 1996, ch. 913, § 1.
