Board for state prisoners

(a) The state shall pay for the board of state prisoners in accordance with chapter 8 of this title. (b) Within the time requirements of § 41-8-106 , the number of prisoners held and bills for the same shall be made out and sworn to by the sheriff or superintendent and certified by the clerk.
