Home Bulletins 2000 B-0046B-00 October 17, 2000 To:   ALL INSURANCE COMPANIES, CORPORATIONS, EXCHANGES, MUTUALS, RECIPRICALS, ASSOCIATIONS, LLOYDS OR OTHER INSURERS WRITING AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE IN THE STATE OF TEXAS Re:   TEXAS AUTOMOBILE RULES AND RATING MANUAL - RULE 31 REVISIONS TO BULLETIN B-0046-00 Revisions have been made to the voluntary Private Passenger Rate Bulletin and Machine Letter that accompanied Commissioner's Bulletin B-0046-00 dated August 10, 2000. The revisions made are as below: 1. Page 12 of the Private Passenger Rate Bulletin has been replaced with the revised page 12. The Rate Section of Rule 31 (Texas Automobile Rules and Rating Manual page 117) was amended to conform to Commissioner's Order No. 00-0909 and to the Rule Section of Rule 31 (Texas Automobile Rules and Rating Manual page 12). 2. Page 8 of the Private Passenger Machine Letter has been replaced with the revised page 8. This page has been revised to be consistent with the Rate Bulletin. The revised Machine Letter and Rate Bulletin pages are attached.
