The Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) is tolling the following Texas workers’ compensation deadlines, effective February 12, 2021, through February 23, 2021: workers’ compensation claim notification and filing deadlines; medical billing deadlines; medical and income benefit payment deadlines; electronic data reporting deadlines; and medical and income benefit dispute deadlines.
