Home Bulletins 2012 Bulletins B-0012-12 May 7, 2012 To:   All Accident and Health Insurers Authorized to Do Business in Texas Re:   Insurance Products Offered in Texas To update the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) TexasHealthOptions website information about individual accident and health plans, TDI requests that carriers complete a survey about the individual accident and health products they currently offer in Texas to new customers. The link to the TexasHealthOptions website is http://www.texashealthoptions.com. Please submit your survey using TDI's secure web application. The attached instruction sheet explains how to submit your survey. The filing is due no later than May 31. We make this request pursuant to Section 38.001 of the Texas Insurance Code.
