The text of Divisions 4-9, as well as the department's property and casualty filing review requirement checklists and the Filings Made Easy Guide (Guide) may be obtained by visiting the department's website at www.tdi.state.tx.us. Questions regarding the rules and the Guide may be addressed to the appropriate Division contact as set forth in the Guide.
