Home Bulletins Commissioner bulletins – 2023 B-0013-23 October 23, 2023 To:   All advisory organizations Re:   Information reported by advisory organizations under TIC Section 1805.053 Under Texas Insurance Code Section 1805.053, an advisory organization must file at least quarterly with the commissioner a list of: (1) each subscriber company engaging in business in this state; and (2) the products or information the subscriber company purchases. The quarterly reports can be submitted via the Financial Filing Submission Portal . A PIN is needed to access the portal.
