Home Bulletins Commissioner bulletins – 2020 B-0018-20 April 8, 2020 To:   Insurers and health maintenance organizations (HMOs) domiciled in Texas Re:   Corporate governance annual disclosure filings The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) is developing rules to implement Insurance Code Chapter 831 , relating to a corporate governance annual disclosure. TDI will not require insurers or HMOs to file a disclosure this year. An insurer or HMO that is a part of an insurance group, and has a lead state other than Texas, should check their lead state's filing requirements.
