OF THE APPENDIX CONCERNING EXPERIENCE MODIFIER DISTRIBUTION Notice is hereby given that by Commissioner's Order No. 11-0463 dated May 31, 2011, the Commissioner of Insurance has adopted amendments to the Texas Basic Manual of Rules, Classifications and Experience Rating Plan for Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability Insurance (Basic Manual) Section I.A. of the Texas Experience Rating Plan and Rule D.3. of the Appendix, concerning experience modifier distribution. The changes allow a free copy of the experience modifier calculation to be made available to the insured electronically or by mail. The changes are effective for the distribution of all workers' compensation experience modifiers issued on or after July 1, 2011. The Basic Manual can be found on the Texas Department of Insurance web page at http://www.tdi.texas.gov/wc/regulation/index.html.
