Home Bulletins bulletin04 b-0044-4.html October 15, 2004 To:   ALL COMPANIES WRITING SURETY BONDS Re:   Assignment of Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) Reference Number The Texas Department of Insurance has assigned the following TDI Reference Number to surety bond forms submitted by the following state agency: Reference Number TDI-04-BB-155-TDI-PF, Texas Department of Insurance Public Insurance Adjuster Bond, Insurance Agency Bond and Surplus Lines Agents Bond. These bond forms may be submitted to meet the requirements specified in 28 TAC §19.705 and Texas Insurance Code, Articles 21.07 and 21.07-5, Chapter 981 and rules relating to surplus lines insurance. Box 149104 Austin, Texas 78714-9104 Reference Number TDI-04-BB-155-TxDOT-PF, Texas Department of Transportation Certificate of Title Surety Bond VTR-130-SB (Rev. 7/2004) This bond form may be used as an alternative to a hearing described in Transportation Code §501.052 for the issuance of a certificate of title for a vehicle.
