PURCHASE FROM AFFILIATE; UNDUE PREFERENCE PROHIBITED.

(a) An electric utility may purchase power from an affiliate in accordance with this title. (b) An electric utility may not grant an undue preference to a person in connection with the utility's purchase or sale of electric energy at wholesale or other utility service.
