EARLY EFFECTIVE DATE OF RATE CHANGE.

(a) For good cause shown, the commission may allow a rate change, other than a major change, to take effect: (1) before the end of the 35-day period prescribed by Section 53.102; and (2) under conditions the commission prescribes, subject to suspension as provided by this subchapter. (b) The utility shall immediately revise its tariffs to include the change.
