MUST BE FILED: • Service contracts for motor vehicles, regardless of price • Home warranty contracts • Service contracts for consumer products with a purchase price exceeding $3,700.00 MUST NOT BE FILED: • Service contracts for consumer products with a purchase price of $3700.00 or less For more information, see Utah Code § 31A-1-103(6)(c)(iii). When filing a consumer product service contract, please state the purchase price of the product(s).
