Kent Michie, Utah Insurance Commissioner Date: April 6, 2007 Subject: Requirement to File Electronically The purpose of this bulletin is to inform all filers of forms, rates, and reports that effective July 1, 2007 the Utah Insurance Department will only accept electronic filings. In its commitment to speed-to-market initiatives, the Department has decided to require all filings be submitted electronically to realize efficiencies of speed, storage, and analysis for both the filer and the Department. A paper filing received after June 30, 2007 will be rejected and returned to the filer. A rejected filing is not considered filed with the Utah Insurance Department.
