R501-19A-8. Clinical Services

(1) The provider shall ensure each client's treatment plan is: (a) developed and signed by a licensed clinical professional within 30 days of admission; and (b) followed by staff. (2) Any staff working directly with a client shall be informed of the individual treatment needs of that client.
