R501-22A-14. Compliance

(1) Any provider operating within the scope of this rule shall have 60 days from the effective date of this rule to come into compliance with this rule. (2) Any person who violates this rule may be subject to the penalties in Rule R380-600 and Title 26B, Chapter 2, Part 7, Penalties and Investigations.
