R501-22-9. Specialized Services for Programs Providing Services for Children

(1) Only a custodial parent, legal guardian, or person designated in writing by a parent or legal guardian may remove a child from a program that provides services for children. (2) A provider that provides services for children shall maintain a ratio of at least one staff for every six children. (3) The provider shall provide adequate staff to supervise children or be available to monitor any parent supervising the parent's own child.
