R501-23-3. Scope

(1) Each provider shall comply with:
(a) each department contract requirement; and
(b) any applicable federal, state, or local law, rule, or ordinance, including:
(i) Rule R380-80;
(ii) Rule R501-14; and
(iii) this rule.
(2) If there is a conflict between any rule requirement and the settings rule, the settings rule shall prevail.
