R501-24-3. Scope

(1) Each behavioral health receiving center provider shall comply with any applicable federal, state, or local law, rule, or ordinance, including: (a) Rule R380-80; (b) Rule R380-600; (c) Rule R501-14; and (d) this rule. (2) Each behavioral health receiving center provider shall offer 23-hour crisis services in a non-secured facility to an individual experiencing a mental health crisis.
