R510-105-1. Authority and Purpose

(1) The purpose of this rule is to facilitate the administration of the "Out and About" Homebound Transportation Assistance Fund. (2) The rule is authorized by Subsection 26B-6-104(9)(j) and Section 26B-1-323.
