R512-200-1. Purpose and Authority

(1) The purpose of Intake Services is receive and evaluate whether an investigation is needed and assign for investigation referrals of suspected child abuse, neglect, and dependency.
(2) Pursuant to Section 80-2-301, Child and Family Services is authorized to provide CPS.
(3) This rule is authorized by Section 80-2-302.
