R512-206-1. Authority and Purpose

(1) Section 80-2-609 authorizes this rule. (2) This rule specifies the information the Division of Child and Family Services (division) shall include when filing a complaint when there are substantial grounds to believe that a health care provider, mental health therapist, law enforcement officer, or educator knowingly failed to report suspected child abuse or neglect to the division under Sections 80-2-602 and 80-2-603.
