R512-302-8. Child Abuse Reporting and Investigation of a Caregiver Providing Out-of-Home Services

Investigation of any report or allegation of abuse or neglect of a child that allegedly occurs while the child is living with a caregiver shall be investigated by staff designated by the department or law enforcement, as provided in Section 80-2-703.
