R512-310-1. Purpose and Authority

(1) This rule establishes standards for normalcy for a child who is in Child and Family Services custody, including a reasonable and prudent parent standard and normalizing activities for children. (2) This rule is authorized by Sections 80-2-302, 80-2-301, and 80-2-308.
