R51-2-1. Authority and Purpose

(1) This rule is enacted under Sections 4-1-104, 4-2-103, and 63G-4-203. (2) This rule provides the department's procedures for informal adjudicative proceedings, compliance actions, and appeals. (3) This rule applies to proceedings that begin on or after the rule's effective date and supersedes any conflicting compliance, citation, or penalty escalation provisions in other department rules.
