R51-5-2. Definitions

(1) "Agricultural Advisory Board" means the board created in Section 4-2-108. (2) "Borrower" or "Applicant" means a person applying to or borrowing Rural Rehabilitation federal or state funds. (3) "Executive Committee' means a committee consisting of members of the Board that is organized under Subsection 4-2-108(9).
