R51-7-4. Electronic Meetings Designation and Participation Requirements

(1) The presiding officer may schedule any meeting as an electronic meeting at their discretion or upon request of a member of the public body. (a) A member of the public body may request to participate in the meeting electronically by submitting a request to the presiding officer no less than two business days before the commencement of the meeting. (b) The presiding officer or the department may deny a member's request for electronic participation based on equipment capability.
