R51-7-6. Quorum, Member Participation, and Voting

(1) A quorum is not required to be physically present at the anchor location. (2) A presiding officer shall count a member of the public body who participates in the meeting via electronic means as present for all purposes including quorum, participation, and voting requirements. (3) The public body shall take all votes by roll call unless the vote is unanimous.
