R523-14-1. Authority and Purpose

(1) Subsections 26B-5-102(3) and 26B-5-611(7) and Section 26B-5-110 authorize this rule. (2) This rule establishes the requirements for: (a) implementing the state suicide prevention plan; and (b) the suicide prevention education grant that was created to fund suicide prevention education.
