R527-220-2. Child Support Liability

(1) The office shall establish and enforce child support obligations against parents whose children are in out-of-home placement programs administered by the department. (2) The department shall consider fees for outpatient and day services separate from child support payments. (3) Establishment and enforcement of child support shall be pursuant to: (a) Title 26B, Chapter 9, Recovery Services and Administration of Child Support; (b) Title 81, Chapter 6, Child Support; (c) Title 81, Chapter 7, Payment and Enforcement of Spousal and Child Support; and and (d) Section 78A-6-356.
