R527-220-4. Establishing and Modifying an Order

The office may modify and establish child support orders pursuant to:
(1) Title 26B, Chapter 9, Part 2, Child Support Services;
(2) Title 63G, Chapter 4, Administrative Procedures Act;
(3) Section 78A-6-104; and
(4) Rule R527-200.
