R527-300-3. Income Withholding Reinstatement

(1) Income withholding may be reinstated if: (a) income withholding was terminated based on a court or administrative order and the obligor later becomes delinquent by at least one month's support; (b) ORS resumes collection of support on behalf of the state, another state or a non-IV-A obligee; or (c) the obligor fails to abide by the Automatic Payment Withdrawal plan with ORS.
