R539-3-1. Authority and Purpose

(1) Subsection 26B-6-403(2)(b) authorizes this rule. (2) This rule establishes a procedure and standard for the protection of a person's constitutional liberty interests. This rule supports a person receiving funding from the division in exercising the person's rights. The procedures of this rule constitute the minimum rights for a person receiving a division-funded service and support.
