R58-14-3. Nuisance Animals and Health Incidents

(1) An individual shall euthanize a captured nuisance raccoon or coyote and may not relocate it. (2) If capture is not feasible, the individual may euthanize or otherwise destroy the animal at the location where it was found. (3) An individual holding a raccoon or coyote that bites or scratches a person or domestic animal must follow the health procedures in Section R386-702-12.
