R58-15-1. Purpose and Authority

(1) The authority of Subsections 4-2-103(1)(i), 4-23-105(1), and Section 4-23-107 promulgates this rule. (2) Title 4, Chapter 23, Agricultural and Wildlife Damage Prevention Act protects owners of livestock that are subject to an annual predator control fee under Section 4-23-107. This rule provides additional guidelines on the procedures for collecting that fee.
