R58-18-2. Purpose

(1) This rule establishes administrative procedures and standards to fulfill the department's responsibilities under the Domesticated Elk Act. (2) The rule provides specific details for licensing, health standards, and facility operations to prevent disease and ensure compliance with state law, as outlined in Sections 4-39-103 and 4-39-106.
