R58-22-1. Authority

Promulgated under the authority of Section 4-31-109, and Subsections 4-2-103(1)(c), and 4-2-103(1)(i). The intent of this rule is to eliminate or reduce the spread of Equine Infectious Anemia among equines by providing a protocol for testing and handling of equines infected and exposed to Equine Infectious Anemia.
