R156-55a-301r. Plumbing Trade -- Apprentice Plumber License

The scope of practice for an Apprentice Plumber license under Code Subsection 58-55-301(2)(d) is defined in this subsection. (1) Scope. A licensee under this subsection may perform all work defined in Subsection 58-55-102(9). (2) Inclusions and Exclusions. An apprentice plumber shall ensure all work performed under this subsection is within the scope listed in Subsection R156-55a-301r(1). (3) Subcontracting and Hiring. An apprentice plumber shall not subcontract with or employ any individual to perform work requiring a license under this rule.
